Wedding Planning
At Situ we specialise in intimate wedding celebrations and pride ourselves on delivering bespoke, personal services to all of our couples which is why we work exclusively with couples with a guest list of 60 or fewer. We are always happy to recommend some fabulous coordinators who love to help create larger, more elaborate celebrations if you have a particularly generous guest list!
On the day coordination
Ideal for couples getting married at a ‘dry hire’ venue which doesn’t have a dedicated wedding team.

– Liaising with suppliers and venue to create a timeline for your event
– Meeting with suppliers on the day to coordinate event logistics
– Coordination/execution of venue dressing requirements [*note: for larger events, we may recommend an independent service for this or an additional day onto the booking for setup]
– Execution of your event timeline for up to 10 hours on the day
– Coordination of end-of-event breakdown requirements. [*note. Execution of event breakdown can be included]
– Hosting of guests where necessary and Master of Ceremonies service (announcements…)

Partial Planning
Recommended for couples who know what they’d like but are unsure on how to make it come together.

– Initial chat upon booking and advice on planning stages
– Meeting with you (virtually or in person) around 8 weeks ahead of your wedding to discuss the finer details
– Support booking any remaining suppliers
– Reviewing contracts and organising supplier requirements
– Review of venue and Day Of logistics and requirements
– Advice on any outstanding details and requirements (transport bookings, onward journey recommendations, sourcing venue styling items, service staff etc…)
– Plus all services included within On The Day Coordination

Full Planning Service
Perfect for busy couples who would like all of the details and wedding planning stress handled for them and/or couples who have no idea where to start.
